After extensive research and analysis of the brand in the current business environment, we developed a brand strategy that refined their product, improved their service design and brand experience. This, in turn, helped with the penetration into the Zambian market. We also revamped the brand, created a new identity with a new focus on “defining the mould that shapes the future”. The new brand has since improved the reputation of the school and built credibility of the same.
