KwalitiFoods sought to create a different experience in their retail space through a look and feel of freshness and unmatched standards of cleanliness. Black Citrus was therefore tasked to come up with a new brand that would reflect freshness in their retail outlets in a way that would make their shopping experience better.

Following discussions with the KwalitiFoods team, it was clear that an icon that represented freshness would go hand in hand with thier strap line “experience kwalitiy, every day”, and that this positioning was what was needed to attract more customers.
