Globetrack was one of the pioneers of Media Monitoring in the market offering media monitoring services to companies using unique tools with an emphasis on traditional media but they have lately started social media monitoring which is key to growth. When they approached us, sales had declined with some of their competitors moving to the competition.

Through an extensive research and analysis of the market, the brand and the companies, it was our recommendation that that they should change their business model to quickly adapts to the market and focus more on new media.

The company has now started implementing the solutions and they are experiencing positive feedback from their clients. After the strategy, it was our recommendation that they change their brand, just like a falcon rises from the ashes, it was time for Globetrack to enter their new phase as a revamped brand ready to conquer the global market.
